Notes & Comments

After a 5am WFH start, I had to drop stuff and get out of the door at 9am so that I could get back in time for a hair cut. The pressures of a well kempt man.

This was hardly a relaxing run, as I battled with ambulances, scooters, a shed load of traffic and just nutters in general.

I was a little bit sore from yesterday's physio, but got round this in one piece.

Was frustrated that 8-40 pace was causing the HR to get into the 160's. Lacking some speedier running of late.
