Nice wee run with MrsS(rrr) and Dog(rrr) at Harlaw reservoir. We do one together then I go round for another. This time dog comes with me for second. Fun. Easy runs cos 10K tomorrow. Will give it my best shot. Not bothered. Maybe 39.59? And my Mum coming to watch.
