English half marathon in Warrington, courtesy of Graeme and Warrington Housing Association. A combination of having run Vyrnwy last week, 5 hours sleep, a very crowded first few miles and a degree of incline (hilliness would be an exaggeration) meant I quickly abandoned any real thoughts of a pb and just enjoyed the race. Still pleased with my performance and enjoyed the run.
