That's another decent week - golf tomorrow, so LR today, and may not even get chance for a run at all tomorrow.
Mallusk / Templepatrick loop. Pretty tired legs by the end, and neither of them fancied running faster than plod pace today.
GPS inaccurate for mile 1, so there's 30s of weirdness in there, overall time adjusted. Rare example of late of HRM glithces in mile 1 and 2 as well.
