OK. Interesting time since last run. Obviously very stressful few weeks (Mum's sickness and passing) which showed up in dramatic fashion when I went to the doctors for a checkup on Friday afternoon. BP was dangerously high (200/100 approx) and was sent to the hospital. Stayed high all evening (highest value was 216/110) and was sent home with drugs just before midnight before coming back in the next morning.
Next morning was down a bit (176ish to 156 ish later on). Home just after lunchtime but was a bit dizzy/lightheaded for the rest of the day.
Did this today but had a bit of a tight chest near the end and was dizzy again. Everything up in the air at the moment.
Back at hospital later on and bp was down to near normal levels (140/80 was best of several readings). We'll see what happens.
