Still feeling rough Mon, Tue and Wed. No bodypump or Pilates. Trip to see BobCat alpacas, and walk up at Bonaly was nice at weekend Sunday, I think. This one before a visit to mother, Falkland Palace and gardens (nice) and back to Mum for chinese for tea to say thanks for looking after doglet! Still cut run short as still feeling sluggish. :-) G
