Screddington 10k

Like this race, good friendly atmosphere and a nice route with some ups and downs.

Aim was to run to feel and not look at watch. Started off ok but it didn't take long before I knew my heart rate was high. Could still see splits every mile and it was soooo disheartening to see when it felt so hard. Legs felt strong but body had absolutely nothing. Felt really frightened at the end when looked at my avg hr and how awful I felt. Will not be putting myself through that again for a long time!!!
