Notes & Comments

Very enjoyable race being paced by Christopher as he comes back from injury. Wind on the back through to about 3 miles, and the in your face for the 2 miles return, hence the fading splits at 4-5 and 9-10 (with a bit of tiredness thrown in too).

Pleased with a 1s 10 mile PB, though I think in better weather (i.e. no wind) I could have dipped into mid to low 1:06:XX
