Nice wee lunch time run. Pleasant weather. With Danny S, but confusion about when to meet (he had a 12.30 so I said let me know when you're done. He thought just meet 1. Anyway...) so eventually met each other 1 mile in, and I dropped him off at my 3, his 4 and did another 2. Bumped into Harmeny lady, friend of Darren, who works at BT and knows a few mutual friends at BT. Giving blood at work this afternoon. Looking forward to these 3 days easy before Donkey Brae.
