Notes & Comments

Commute run home. Even though tired, cos it was straight home it was fine. Trying to keep it very slow and easy. Pleased with that for a day - nearly 18! Right Achilles achey. Need to work on that. Iced it a bit over weekend and some voltarol gel on over weekend and hopefully getting better. :-) G
