Intervals at track. Kinda! 6:40 is more like old marathon pace and barely even tempo now, should really be half mara pace. Anyway, great banter and fun. Humid and warm 18C? 400s and 800s with 60s (short recoveries) so a decent endurance type sesh. It's all got to help, right? Obv a couple of silly fast 50 or 100m at the end of some, doing bit o racing! Will one never learn?! But at least it was a second session for the day. Doubles. Go me! :-) G
