So, the good news is: I did a commute run, and even in the rain. Bad news is v. ploddy, and not even the mileage it's meant to be (12 or 14?). Actually, that's not bad news, it's fine. First commute run since the slipped disc. Building mileage back up. Even if slow. :-) G
