Jane Tomilnson leeds 10k.......set off a bit too fast but id managed to enter the sub 45min area and then for some reason we all got mixed up and i was put into the sub 40min area. great run with nearly 12,000 runners. there were a couple of ups and downs but not really too bad. happy with time so now need to conserve my next 10k pb for southend later in the year when hoping to go under 44min...official time was 45m exactly so ammended. looks like iv still got to get under 45m now

something dosent make sense, my average pace was 7:14 but for all 6 miles i only ever got near that once, the rest were under it which makes me think it was over 10k as everyone seems to be agreeing. roll-on southend now
