Bank holiday Monday, so did my own gym. Bit of a skive to be frank! 10 min spin bike, foam roller, stretches, eccentric heel drops for Achilles, back stretches, plank, chest press, flies, wobble board shoulders, biceps, triceps push down, sauna and Jacuzzi.
