London Marathon.
Recovering from Achilles - hadn't run for 4 weeks.
Followed 3:30 pacer for 9 miles when right knee and left hip started playing up.
By mile 12 left knee also giving grief!
Ended up walk/running and walked most of last 6 miles.
Forgot to stop watch but official time of 4:30:05
