London Marathon No 7. Felt very comfortable for first 12 miles and thought a sub 3:10 was on the cards. Got tough pretty quickly and had to hang in towards the end, heading rapidly towards a death march. Not my best prepared race and slowest London time, but back with a GFA for next year.
