Split Summary: Stamford 30k, this is a well organised race and very well supported by lovely marshalls . I was thinking of 8.00 mins miling as Malta marathon is only 3 weeks away. Thanks to James Curt for his company til his achilles played up - hope it's ok mate. Well done to all WJ today. My hart rate monitor is going in the bin as it's inaccurate lol.
