Two words: perfect race! I felt great throughout, very strong on the hills and managed a very balanced and controlled effort. 25 minutes faster than my previous attempt in 2013 (4:17) and as an unexpected bonus 3rd FV35 in the Welsh marathon Championships. Woohoooooo!
