3konthegreen. been feeling good this week so set off with that in mind. was leading for most of the 1st mile before doubts crept in telling me I was going to blow up (like the whole of september races) so slowed down for long enough to lose 4 or 5 places before getting my self together again and finishing really well. still quite a big pb for a 3k though will have to work on mental toughness. have failed so many times in races recently it definitely has an effect but will take confidence from the mid race recovery and i never did blow up.
