Borders League #1 Caernarfon 10k
First race in the Borders League as F35. Had quite a good race, managed to be over a minute faster than in Caernarfon 10k 5 weeks ago. New SB in 45:30 and my second fastest 10k of all times. I'm not doing a lot of training at the moment but the little that I manage to fit in seems to work :)
