Berlin marathon - very happy with that after hamstring problems last 5 or 6 weeks.
Pretty even run race, slight negative split, obviously all the miles I had in the bank over the summer helped. Glad I didn't go off any faster, or push on after the first few miles when things felt so easy, as legs were just about on the verge of cramping in last mile.

Such a well-paced run in the circumstances. Well done. I imagine beforehand you'd have taken Manchester 2016 + 100 seconds !!!
Absolutely, though also shows that Manc. Was badly paced as I died in the last few miles, should have been a few mins quicker
