Knew I could do it... well I was starting to have doubts. Never been under so much pressure all because of a run. ridiculous really but that was the situation as I couldnt keep failing at this distance and continue running. Was definitely taking it too easy that was the problem. probably over did it the last few days and did too much but had to be sure so will adjust from that the next time but tapering too much is out.
