Marlow 5 race. Totally different to last year, really warm, which made it hard work. Got a little water into me at 2.5 miles but I find it so hard to drink when running. A bit miffed to clock 2 seconds slower than last year on my nike+ and 461st which was 12 places better than last year. Andrew was 33 seconds slower and came 4th in class 138th out of 1583 and Ali did 53:25 and was 1331st.
