Left calf tight from the start gradually got worse and too painful a 19.5 point took the option to get some deep heat rubbed on it and jog walk the rest
Helped a guy in the last 400m who was passing out
Pissed off been to busy with work to get a sports massage cost me original problem was hip flexor which caused me to run shirt on the left hence the calf strain
