Sandy 10! Chip time 1:22:16 although happy with the gun and watch time, so will take any of them :-)

Did this race 3 years ago and remembered the one big hill but forgot how undulating it was. Aim was to do my own thing, try 8:30m/m and see how it went. Went off a little too fast and started to hang back. Was just behind HH who asked me if we were going together. Decided to give it a go. Really enjoyed this race and felt good all the way round, great course and especially liked the bluebells and donkey! Was quite warm and a blustery wind seemed to follow us everywhere.

Loved the downhill towards the end, windmill arms and legs! Really pleased with last mile, despite obstacles such as bollards, buggies and people!

So shocked at the end result but silently pleased with a 4 minute PB, 8th in age group, 38th female, diamond standard and 10 club champs points :-)
