The Grizzly 2016
A cough and a cold a few days before meant I felt a lot below par. Had to stop for coughing fits and slumped badly mid run. A few Gels and plenty of water kept me going. Far too much walking but did manage to finish running. The aim had been to get round which I did. Only silver lining is that my lges and knees felt great compared to last year
