Charlton motivation - chuffed to bits with the result here as it's a good 4 minutes quicker than I've ever managed before. Had to walk two little bits but I think that's the lack of decent training showing. I put the pace down to that magical Lucozade sport with caffeine!! Not sure how accurate the HR figures are as ran with Garmin and don't find it picks it up as well as Polar. Racing the little man was cool though
Could have done without the midgies mind you...
