Bedford Half.
Quite windy in places today but nowhere near as bad as St Neots. I knew the course profile so was trying to make sure I got to mile 9 (the highest point) in good shape ready for the long downhill. Felt pretty good but I may have pushed a little too hard down the hill so I was tired at mile 10. Plus, I knew the hill at the end was coming so my head told me I needed to stop and unfortunately I did a few times from then on. But never for long. I wasn't obsessing with the time and was really only aiming for 2:10. In hindsight, I could have shaved off 20 seconds for a pb but that bloomin' hill at the end was playing on my mind.

Still, it's a good result. 2nd fastest HM by far - with hills and in windy conditions.
And 6 minutes faster than last year.
