Abingdon Marathon ran mostly with Leon. Fairly pleased with the time which wasn't that far of my 4:30 target for this race. Worrying brown wee just after the race, but was back to normal 2 hours later. Likely dehydrated, but didn't feel bad during the race and drank water at every stop and 1.5 bottles of lucozade sport.
