Another fantastic event in Birmingham. Set off like a lunatic but managed to hold it together surprisingly until around 9 mile. Slowed down a touch before the inlines at 11/12 miles and then pushed it again down the final mile into Broad Street. Had a look back through my results and its the fastest half ive run in 4yrs. Mrs G did her and myself proud and knocked 20mins off her Great North Run Half time from a month ago. #tividaletrotters
