Berlin Marathon. Superb. perfect conditions. Breakfast, marzipan croissant, powerbar fuel. Gel at 11M,, 18M and 22M . Brooks T7 racers, forgot to trim toenails, bit tight, two black toenails. Do not wear for next mara.
Not bad on only 7 weeks training. Just tired last mile.
