Loch Ness Marathon - Pb by seven minutes - Day was cool to start with then got hotter from half-way - Downhill but very undulating course hammered legs By mile 24 was running on empty and couldn't lift the pace for a quick run in. Sun was beating down on the big hill at Dores at Mile 19 and the smaller hill at 21.
