Notes & Comments

Ran the Croft Pit Stop 10k. First race back in the Quakers vest. With it being very humid I just decided to marathon pace the whole race and just ran consistent. Fairly pleased with that effort as felt comfortable apart the the humid conditions. Again measured over 10k.
