Notes & Comments

Hatfield Forest 10K... which earned me a nice green hoodie! A lovely run and well-organised as ever. No real hills to speak of at all, but some very uneven terrain. Ankles remained upright though, although the left was aching at the end of the run from the previous minor injury. Very tired and found it all a bit hot in the sun - tiredness not too surprising after quite a lot of dancing and a full parkrun effort yesterday. Turned off the time on my Garmin in the end, although I wonder whether I could have pushed it a bit more to get sub 55 if I'd known. No need though and ended up running how I felt like running. Also discovered that there is a parkrun here so a profitable morning all in all! Followed by Father's Day chat with Papa with my cuppa in the sun.
