Not the easiest course in the world. Basically climb for a mile, scream downhill for a bit, a flat bit, a bothersome climb, a quad-destroyer of a descent, a sharp turn, a really narrow bit and an uphill sprint finish. Should be less fun than root canal but somehow isn't. Nice to get round under 25:00 even if I did end up with "speed snot." (Thank you, Martyn.)
