Self Transcendence 10k Battersea Park
35:36 8th 2nd V50. NHRR V50 record
This was my first target race this year so a little into the unknown. Had hoped to run around 36:30 and set off with that plan on the 4 lap course. Running with 2 others and feeling comfortable I decided to tuck in and hope they would drag me round. Pleasantly surprised by lap 4 to be pulling away to chase Tony Tuohy home.
