London marathon new pb delighted everything fell into place for a change.
Pre race meal night before pasta and chicken.
Breakfast Porridge Banana, coffee and 2 slices of toast and jam. Small glass of fresh orange.
water on way to blackheath and 2 immodium.
power bar gels at 7, 14 ,20 miles.
