London marathon 2-35.25 166th Had another great run in London, started off at a similar pace to last year. The first 10 miles felt effortless, I knew I was going too quick but you always dream you can keep it going!! The garmin was measuring the miles short which was a pain, I remember going through 5 in 28-32, 10 in 57.29 and 20 in 1-56-58 by the official clocks.
After being on for a PB for so long it slipped away in the final 10k which was a shame but I couldn't have tried any harder. Ran next to Paula Radcliffe for a mile which was a great experience

Fantastic effort Rob, saw you on the Tv when I got home and saw you in front of Paula at mile 19 helping at the water station. Saw you following that blue line so its a shame you made the course long well done on another fantastic run
Another top class run! At your level, it must be tougher than ever to keep chipping away at your PB. What an experience though, to have run with Paula-that must have been a very noisy mile!
Well done. Fantastic run. Your an machine. I feel tired at the thought of doing a couple of miles at your Marathon pace!!
