Notes & Comments

I got up on Sunday morning with a sore back and lacking much optimism. I was pleasantly surprised with a consistent run, although my heart rate ended up being worryingly high throughout. The conditions were perfect and in a normal year, without Comrades training, I think I could have challenged my PB.
