Folksworth 15

Ran with Nathan and Emma D , main idea was to run approx 8:50-9:00 min miles. Difficult to know what we were running as total garmin failure!!! So annoyingly no splits.
Icy initially but marshals excellent and helped us avoid worst areas. Stayed together till approx mile 11 then Nathan took off!

Great support from all but esp all the

Werries around the course. Slight hassle came on the flat at mile 12 had to stop as knee "popped" again. Managed to get going again but felt awkward for finish. Feels fine now writing it up! Always enjoy this run , and the surprise t shirt colour this year ....blue!

	gingerwand my knee used to pop out of joint, i had it scrapped and washed out and 8 yrs on still ok "touch wood" stay positive. good run on the whole.
