GO33 Ultra..
After testing my legs a couple of days previous to this i knew it would have to be a slow one which probably turned out to be the most sensible decisions in my running days;-)
Calfs were tight from the off and didn't improve at any stage of the race so walked the hills, spent extra time at checkpoints and generally just enjoyed the day finishing strong with my final mile being the fastest of the day. Spewed at marathon distance as usual;-)
3week break now to re-charge.
