Notes & Comments

Chelmsford Marathon, didn't go as I hoped as I was nearly an hour slower than my previous marathon. First half went well but started to struggle around the half way mark before I hit the wall at 21 miles.

Will sit down later in the week and look at it properly but at the moment writting it off as a bad run.- Still the atmosphere was great.
