Magnificent performance. Considering the lack of training that I've done in the past 4 weeks, to run a half marathon without needing to stop or walk was fantastic. So impressed, I think that I can get back on track, even though I don't particularly have a next goal in mind, the fact that I've now got a half under my belt, I can build for a marathon in the new year, or look at a faster 10K or 10M. My ultimate goal is to run London in under 3 hours...
