Bloody 13.4 miles!!!

Wheels started to come off big time around 10 miles and for almost the whole way my 2 hamstrings were threatening to cramp up. Back was hurting as well for the 2nd half. But feel ok now.

Despite all that I'm quite pleased :)

Cheers guys, not overly bothered about the long course costing me a minor PB. I'm glad I could keep the effort so high for so long and gives me a lot of hope for Loch Ness :)
