Ran BUPA 10K with my bro. Oppps. Well this was as expected: great to be running in central London on such a beautiful day, with great crowds in probably the best organised race I've ever done. Good for bro to get a PB. But I did pay the price. Can't help feeling reasonably pleased with the time, but disappointed with the after-effects. Next time I come back to running, it'll be a little less ambitious to start off with. Not sorry I ran though, and a great day in London to follow.
