Eye 10K. Wasn't in the mood for this to start with but ended up enjoying it. Great to run with Bill again who really kept me going. Really pleased with the end result, some speedy miles for me and really wasn't sure how long I would last. So all those months of marathon training have helped.

Result was 56:44 so a PB!! by 2 seconds but still a PB :-) and only 3 weeks after VLM :-)
