Milton Keynes marathon on a hot day. Much hillier than I thought it would be. Kept a good pace until 20miles, then slowed a bit. Got cramp in right calf, right hamstring and groin, then left calf at mile 23 to 24, then had to jog/walk to the finish.
Also got a 20mile PB within the race of 2:59:15.
