North Lincs Half
So not run much distance up to this race. Plan was to aim for 8min miles and just get round, hopefully without injury/pain.
Right Knee at half way really feet like it needed a stretch, but that passed. Groins started as before on older races cramping (is that the correct term i wonder) up at about 10 miles. Right side first then left soon afterwards. Always around the 10 mile area.
I think I need to work them, strengthen them, right side is certainly the weaker.
Anyway after taking it a bit easier from 10 miles I was able to pick it up a bit nearer the end and get round before 8min/mile target.
Certainly could not have run for much longer.
