Bridges upstream from the underfall sluice. This route crosses 31 bridges once only from Cumberland Basin bridges downstream, to St Anne's bridge upstream. Four other bridges are on the route but could not be crossed on the day as they were closed (Ashton Avenue swing bridge, Poole's Wharf bridge, Meads Reach bridge (The Cheesegrater) and the new bridge to the Bristol arena.
