Gobi still not running fast, but ran reasonably well on Sunday. Just gonna go with the flow and see what happens. No thoughts of real speed. As expected, a little slow at the start but settled nice and finished strong. Waveydavey It was a bit breezy at the start, but generally the race concitions were excellent. This was my best 10K time for a couple of years. TW A new pb....only decided to run at the last minute, so entered on the day. The triathlon training must be working as I did a new pb, 30 secs faster than previous and 1min 50secs faster than last year at Yateley. 21.17 for 5ks, 21.06 for 2nd 5kms. Unaffiliated 41:14 42:23 43:59 42:23 63.12

fetcheveryone Nice! After a heavy month of training (150km run in June, up from 60k in May, with long long runs included), I'm very happy to have taken 1:05 off my PB, and 1:10 off my course best. Got to 7km at 35:05, and lost a bit of time on the slopes of the last 3k. Still very happy, and got another chance in a months time to break the magic 50.
